Mink Creek - William Lawrence Aupperlee, 77, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2010 at the Franklin County Medical Center in Preston, Idaho. He was born on October 31, 1932 in Wyckoff, New Jersey to John and Jennie Kaniff Aupperlee. He married Marie Annie Lena Caron on May 1, 1971 in Las Vegas, NV.

William always enjoyed woodworking and loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He loved his dog and was a truck driver for 32 years. He also served in the US Army.

He is survived by his wife Marie, of Mink Creek; three children, a stepdaughter Sandra (Charles) Wylie, of Chilton, TX; a grandson B.J. Carr of Phoenix, AZ; a granddaughter Mona Liska, of Rock Springs, WY; and two great grandchildren Stacy Brittenham and Tevin Liska, both of Rock Springs, WY. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. in the Mink Creek LDS Chapel with Bishop Kent Egley conducting. Friends may call Wednesday from 2:00-2:45 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Mink Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Webb Funeral Home in Preston. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com.
