Travis John Bowcut, 32, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014, in Cub River, Idaho. He was born Jan. 24, 1982, in Preston, Idaho, the son of Rodger John and Anna Lee Loftis Bowcut.
He loved horses, chickens, pigeons and country music. He enjoyed duck hunting and being with his daughter and his friends. He liked being with his niece, Vanessa, and his nephew, Christopher. He also loved playing games of any kind.
He is survived by his daughter, Tallianah Marie Zausch of Pocatello, Idaho; by the love of his life, Christina Zausch of Pocatello, Idaho; by his parents, Rod and Anna Bowcut of Cub River, Idaho; by three sisters, Cindy Bowcut of Brigham City, Utah; Becky (Jared) Reynolds of Kirkland, Washington; Krystal Bowcut of Pocatello, Idaho; by two brothers, Jarred Bowcut of Logan, Utah and Jeremy Bowcut of Boise, Idaho. He was preceded in death by a brother, Shane R. Bowcut and by his grandparents.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. in the Mapleton Ward Chapel in Cub River, Idaho with Bishop Stuart Burbank conducting. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 8th East, Preston, Idaho and Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Mapleton Cemetery.
