Teresina Crosland

Mink Creek, Idaho- We lost a precious daughter and sister this week.  Teresina Crosland died unexpectedly November 25, 2015 in Safford, Arizona at the age of 24.  She was born May 27, 1991 to Robert and Phee Crosland and was the seventh of twelve children.

She grew up in Mink Creek, Idaho where she loved spending time outdoors with family and friends.  She wasn’t afraid of getting her hands dirty and enjoyed working on a horse ranch.  She danced her way through life on the Preston High School Ballroom Dance Team and participated in track and field and Jr. Miss- we will never forget the Tahitian dancer.  She graduated from Preston High School in 2009.

For the last six years she has made her home in Safford, Arizona where she met her fiancé, Joe Hewitt.  Teresina was very much a people person.  She had a fun and outgoing personality and was instantly loved by all who met her.

She was preceded in death by an older brother, Antonio; by a niece, Cheyenne; and by both sets of grandparents.  She is survived by her fiancé, Joe Hewitt; by her parents; by ten siblings, Chiara (John), Malia (Jason), Giovanni (Kristina), Arianna (Ben), Armando, Mario, Marco, Rico, Angelo and Celina; and by thirteen nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Dec. 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mink Creek Ward Chapel.  Friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East, Preston, and Friday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church.   Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com
