Salt Lake City - Stephen J. Webster, 68, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. Stephen was born October 27, 1943 in Preston, Idaho to Blain and Leona Hansen Webster. He attended school in Preston and graduated from Preston High School in 1961. After graduation he attended Steven Henniger Business College in Ogden, Utah. He was drafted into the Army where he served as an accountant in Bakersfield, California. He married Wanda Dilly and they had two children and were later divorced.

After his tour of duty in the Army, he returned to Salt Lake City area for the remainder of his life. Stephen enjoyed hunting and fishing on the family farm he grew up on in Glendale, Idaho. In his later years he enjoyed doing genealogy.

He is survived by his children Doug and Julie, his father Blain Webster, of Preston, ID; a sister Janet Paige, of Columbus, OH; and a brother Dennis Webster, of Preston, ID; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother Leona Hansen Webster.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 9, 2012 at 12:00 noon at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East, in Preston, Idaho. A viewing will be held Monday from 11-11:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
