Shane Rodger Bowcut

Cub River, Idaho Shane R. BowcutCub River - Shane Rodger Bowcut, 40, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2008 in Logan, Utah at Sunshine Terrace. He was born May 18, 1967 in Preston, Idaho to Rodger John and Anna Lee Loftis Bowcut. In 1993 he sustained disabling injuries in an automobile accident and resided at Sunshine Terrace until the time of his death.Before his accident, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He liked to work with animals and always liked working at the fair. He served as a primary teacher prior to his accident and while at the Sunshine Terrace he worked with the scouts. He is survived by his parents, Rodger and Anna, of Cub River, three sisters, Cindy Bowcut, Brigham City, UT; Krystal Bowcut, Pocatello, ID; and Becky (Jared) Reynolds, Kirkland, WA; three brothers Jarred Bowcut, Preston, ID; Jeremy Bowcut, Pocatello, ID; and Travis (Christina Zaush) Bowcut, Pocatello, ID. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Rosella Bowcut Munns, Pete Bowcut, and Pierce and Pearl Loftis, as well as several aunts and uncles.Funeral services will be held Monday, April 7, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Mapleton 1st Ward Chapel with Bishop Randy Halford conducting. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 109 East Oneida, in Preston, and Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Church. Interment will be in the Mapleton Cemtery.
