Clifton - Shakeara Petterborg Waldron, 23, passed away Friday, October 5, 2012 at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on December 11, 1988 in Logan Utah to Jerry Lynn and Terry Keller Petterborg. She married Levi Waldron on November 5, 2009 in the Logan LDS Temple.
Shakeara had a number of different hobbies. She was active in many various clubs in high school including the FFA and yearbook. She earned the Idaho State FFA Degree as well. She was a member of the Preston Quilt Guild and enjoyed quilting with her grandma and aunts. She enjoyed many different craft projects including scrapbooking and flower arranging. One of her favorite things to do was to go on the cattle roundup and take the cows out to range. She had most recently been serving in the Cub Scouts with Levi in the Clifton 2nd Ward.
She is survived by her husband Levi, of Clifton, ID; her parents Jerry (Terri) Petterborg, of Preston, ID; brothers Austin and Jason Petterborg, of Preston, and a sister Brielle Petterborg, of Preston, her in-laws Kirk ) Nelladee Boyce Waldron, of Ft Meade, Maryland; a great grandmother Phyllis Moser, of Preston; grandparents Tom and Judy Petterborg, of Glendale, ID; Bud and Shirley Keller of Cleveland, ID; LaMonte and Julie Waldron of Weston, ID; and James D. and Nellie Boyce, of Oxford, ID; two brothers-in-law, and two sisters-in-law, a niece, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by a great grandmother Afton Forman, and a great grandfather Earl Moser.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Preston 8th Ward Chapel 213 South 200 East, in Preston. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East in Preston and Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Oxford Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com.
The family would like to give a special thanks to all the medical personnel that have given Shakeara love and support throughout her life.
