Roger Clark Mickelson

Roger Clark Mickelson passed away on September 18, 2023.

Roger was born September 10, 1943, to Clark and Helen Mickelson. He was raised in Lago, Idaho. He attended Thatcher Elementary and graduated from Grace High School.

On February 7, 1964, Roger married the love of his life, Beverly Ann Hogan, in the Logan Utah temple. They were blessed to raise their children on his family’s farm in Lago.

Throughout his life, Roger served in numerous church callings and made a big impact on all the scouts he mentored.

After selling the farm and retiring, Roger spent the next 10 years driving propane truck for Mendenhall Oil. He enjoyed all the people he met and associated with.

The things that mattered most to Roger were his family and his Savior. He especially loved all the memories he created with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm in Niter at the Thatcher/Williams Wards building. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 22, at noon with a viewing from 10:00 am – 11:30 am at the same church. The funeral services will be provided by Webb Funeral Home.  Interment will be in the Lago Cemetery.  Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at webbmortuary.com
