Preston - Robert Joseph Horne, 29, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2013 in Preston, Idaho after a battle with cancer. He was born on November 4, 1983 in Viroqua, Wisconsin to Robert Joseph Lloyd and Rhonda Cobb.

Robert was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hiking, and fishing. He loved al his time spend outdoors. He loved his family and his nieces and nephews. He cared for his mother while she was battling cancer until she passed away earlier this year. He served in the US Army and served in the Iraq War.

He is survived by his brother James (Dixie) Horne, of Preston; his sister Elaina (Alex) Harding, of Mink Creek, ID; a brother Chaz Green, of Boise, ID; his father Robert Lloyd, of Alma, GA; and a sister Jenny Ann Lloyd, of Alma GA; his nieces and nephews who he loves so much, Tristen, Jaiden, Delfinia, Anna, and a future niece Alexis, an aunt and uncle Bill and Dolores Cobb, of Montpelier, ID; and an uncle Rick Cobb, of California. He was preceded in death by his mother Rhonda, two brothers Bret and Rick Horne, and two nieces Amelia and Angelia Horne.

Graveside memorial services will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Preston Cemetery where the interment will also take place.
