PRESTON, IDAHO- Rhonda Kay Cobb Horne, 56, passed away on Feb. 18, 2013, at the Franklin County Transitional Care Center in Preston. She was born Sept. 16, 2013, in Covina, California, the daughter of Bud Cobb and Mary Moppen Cobb. She married James Ronald Horne Sr. on April 16, 1977, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death on Jan. 2, 1981.
She enjoyed reading and playing Scrabble. She also loved gardening and renovating homes.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter, James Ronald (Dixie) Horne Jr. of Preston; Robert Joseph Horne of Preston; Elaina Ann (Alex) Harding of Mink Creek, Idaho; four grandchildren, Jaiden Kenneth Annable, Tristen James Horne, Delfinia Haven Horne of Preston; and 'Ana' Amber Aniale Harding of Mink Creek, Idaho; and by two brothers, Bill (Doloras) Cobb of Montpelier, Idaho and Rick Cobb of San Bernardino, California. She was preceded in death by her husband, by two sons, Ricky and Brett Lee Horne; by her parents, by two brothers, Joe and George Cobb and by two granddaughters, Angelia Monique Horne and Amelia Gavrielle Horne.
