Preston - Ret Parley Moosman, 17, passed away Thursday, March 10 2011 at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on September 8, 1993 in Preston, Idaho to Dennis W and Mareen Ormond Moosman.
Ret was always interested in electronic and computers. He enjoyed tinkering with and repairing them as well. He loved sports cars and basketball. Ret always enjoyed playing games with his nieces and nephews. He was always a hard worker no matter what it was he did or was doing.
He is survived by his parents, Dennis and Mareen Moosman, of Preston; a brother Timothy (Brenda) Moosman, of Preston; a sister Shelly Kohles, of Preston; a brother Cody Moosman, in the US Army in Ft Benning, Georgia; Amanda Moosman, of Preston; and a brother Doyle Moosman, in the Dallas, Texas LDS mission; and his grandparents Otho and Shirlene Moosman, of Banida, ID; many aunts and uncles and cousins and seven nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ray and Ruth Ormond, and a brother Steven, who was stillborn.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Preston North Stake Center, 310 North State Street in Preston, with Bishop Tom Madsen conducting. A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home's new location, 1005 South 800 East, in Preston and Friday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the stake center.
