PRESTON - Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Radia
Van Leuven Neeley, 93, passed away Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, in Rigby, Idaho.
She was the second child born to Carey Ransom and Sarah Boden Van
Leuven on Feb. 8, 1916, in Clifton, Idaho. Radia received her formal education in Clifton,and was the salutatorian at her high school graduation. Radia was married to Ariel G. Neeley in March 1934 in the Logan LDS Temple. They were blessed with four children. The family moved to Montpelier, Idaho, in 1956 to pursue a new business. They made many wonderful friends. In 1980 they moved to Preston, Idaho, and completed an assignment as temple workers at the Logan Temple for 15 years.

Radia is survived by her children, Gordon and wife Alice of Salt Lake City, Utah; Brent and wife Barbara of Las Vegas, Nev.; Sheryl and husband Danny Sanford, Idaho Falls; Evan Neeley of Harbor City, Calif.; 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 16, in the Preston 10th Ward church, 200 W. 200 S., Preston, at noon with Bishop Mike Andrus conducting. Friends called at the church prior to the services. Burial was in the Dayton Idaho Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Webb Funeral Home, Preston. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com.

The family deeply appreciates the warm consideration and compassion of Dr. Lynn Eskelson, her family doctor, and the nursing staff at the Franklin County Medical Center. And Denise and her husband, Tim, in Idaho Falls.
