Millville - Peggy Ann Hall Cooper, 60, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Millville, Utah on Saturday, March 2, 2013. She was born on April 29, 1952 in Preston, Idaho to Ross and BarDee Spackman Hall. She married Charon Cooper, and he preceded her in death.

Peggy loved flowers and her flower garden. She loved her time spent with family especially her grandchildren. She loved live concerts and being outdoors. She always had a number of pets she loved dearly and enjoyed the companionship they provided. She loved life and tried to live it to the fullest she was able.

She is survived by her longtime partner Vince Martin, of Millville, UT; her children Cori Cooper, of Lewiston, UT; and Coby (Rabecka) Cooper of Preston, ID; her parents Ross and BarDee Hall of Preston; siblings Kenton (Lynn) Hall, of Wallowa, Oregon; Shanna (Dennis) Neeley, of Preston; Troy (Karen) Hall, of Preston; and Jody Hall, of Preston; four grandchildren Chasen and Pearl Goodwin and Lily Ann and Elliot Cooper. She was preceded in death by her husband Charon, a sister Christy Geddes, and a grandson Ira Cooper.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East in Preston. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home and Friday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. also at the funeral home.
