Patrick Michael Liberty

Patrick Michael Liberty, 67, passed away peacefully August 15, 2017 surrounded by family in Preston, Idaho.

After beating Lymphoma cancer once in 2015, Pat was once again diagnosed with cancer. This time it was Leukemia. Pat put up one heck of a fight, but lost the battle.

Pat was born September 22, 1949 to Leo Henry Liberty and Toni Fisher in Monterey Park, California. Pat was the 2nd to oldest of 5 siblings. Brother Vic Gerrard, sister Michelle Butler, sister Sue Ewer and sister Chris Miller. Pat was a truck driver all of his life and enjoyed it very much. Pat made many great friends.

Pat enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking and playing pool. Especially when he got to play with his boys. He loved spending time with his family and everyone who met him was considered a part of it.

Pat was preceded in death by his dad, Leo Henry Liberty, mom, Toni Fisher, wife Peggy Liberty, and brother Vic Gerrard. He is survived by his wife Cara Liberty, sons Michael Liberty, Dustin Liberty(Bridgett Liberty), daughters Stacey Brandt, Denise Brandt and Jolene Neal, 14 Grandkids, 7 Great Grandkids and many nieces and nephews.  

Thanks to the medical staff at the Huntsman Cancer Institute and Franklin County Medical Center for taking such great care of our dad. Dad - We have many wonderful memories and will carry them in our hearts forever. Until we meet again, Rest in Paradise.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 E., Preston, Idaho.  Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home and Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. also at the mortuary.  Interment will be in the Hyrum, Utah Cemetery.  Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com
