Monta Rogers Mendenhall Brown, 74, beloved Mother, Grandmother and Friend was called home on March 29, 2013. Monta was born in Lewiston, Utah on May 11,1939 to Elmer and Ruby Hokanson Rogers. Monta was retired from Utah State University, a member of the Lewiston 4th Ward and enjoyed her family of four children: Ramona Spackman (Robert Low) of Franklin, ID; Rose (Robert)Hernandez of North Hollywood, CA; Richard (Tammy) Mendenhall of Preston, ID and Ruben (Cindy) Mendenhall of Kent, WA. She is also survived by a brother, Scott Rogers of Lewiston, UT, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents,by a brother Glenn Rogers, and by two sisters Nola Cole and Elma Bay Newman. Visitation will be held at the Webb Mortuary, 1005 South 800 East, Preston, Idaho, on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 6:00pm-8:00pm and Wednesday April 3 from 9:30am-10:30am at the mortuary.
