WESTON, IDAHO - - LOILA G. ANDERSON

WESTON- Loila Godfrey Anderson, 69, passed away on March 21, 2012, at the Cache Valley Specialty Hospital in Logan, Utah. She was born March 6, 1943, in Logan, Utah, the daughter of Leo and Iva Schaffer Godfrey.

She married Steve M. Anderson on March 2, 1962, in Preston, Idaho. They just celebrated their 50 year anniversary. Together they raised three children, ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She enjoyed knitting, painting, watching wildlife and photography. She will be missed by all for her strength and handicrafts.

She is survived by her husband, Steve of Weston; one son, Kevin (Teresa) Anderson of Weston; two daughters, Lesa (Kirt) Womack of Garland, Utah; Sherly (Andrew) Paules of Pocatello, Idaho; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her mother, Iva S. Godfrey of Riverside, Utah; three brothers, Max (Anita) Godfrey, Alan (Brenda) Godfrey, Oleen (Shawna) Godfrey and by two sisters, Elaine (Todd) Gooody and Janet Scothern. She was preceded in death by her father and by a great grandson, Peter Womack.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. in the Weston LDS Church with Bishop Ross Zilles conducting. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the church in Weston and Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. also at the church. Interment will be in the Weston Cemetery.
