Larry Don Wright

Larry Don Wright, of Weston, Idaho, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018, at age 67, after a brave and valiant battle with Corticobasal Degeneration. He was born in Lehi, Utah, on May 6, 1950, to Frank and Wilma Wright. He married Sandra Forrest, who was the love of his life, on February 26, 1971 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They raised their family in Sandy, Utah. He worked for a time in the grocery business, then for Pepsico for many years, the majority of which he delivered for Frito Lay. Larry lived a life of loyalty to his family.  He was always a shining example of hard work and devotion to his wife and children. Larry was adept at spotting a great horse. He had a love for dogs, woodworking, shooting, golf, photography, the Utah Utes, the Utah Jazz, and was an exceptional fly fisherman. 

Larry is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra; children Tracy Allison (Jeff), Salt Lake City, Utah; Kelly Casner (Mike), Bountiful, Utah; Jody Revill (Corey), Sandy, Utah; Chad Wright (Tonya), Weston, Idaho; his mother Wilma Wright of West Jordan, Utah; Brothers Doug and Ken, and Sister Eleanor; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Wright; Sister-in-Law, Eva Telford; Brother-in-law, Larry Telford; Mother-in-Law, Eva Forrest; Father-in-Law, William Forrest; brother David Wright; and a special grandson, Justin Allison. 

The family wishes to thank Dr. Daniel Patten and the staff at Franklin County Medical Center Transitional Care and Home Health and Hospice, as well as granddaughter Jordin Swainston, for the loving and compassionate care given to Larry.  

A viewing will be held Friday, May 4, 2018, at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East, Preston, Idaho, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., followed by a short graveside service at the Weston, Idaho cemetery.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.webbmortuary.com.
