DAYTON, IDAHO - - LARRY JENSEN

DAYTON- Our Father in Heaven welcomed Larry Russell Jensen into his loving arms on Dec. 27, 2012. He was born on Dec. 16, 1941, to Russell B Jensen and Elane Nessen. He served his country as a United States Marine.

Larry met and married his "Sweetie Hearted" and Eternal companion, Marilyn Joan Coles, on Nov. 27, 1959. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on June 28, 1963.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn of Dayton; children, Steve Jensen of Sandy, Utah; Sheila (Rodney) Hutchinson of Billings, Montana; and Scott (Tammy) Jensen of Logan, Utah; eight grandchillins , four great-grandchillins, three sisters and three brothers, Linda (Dean) Byington of Hooper, Utah; Dennis (Connie) Jensen of Ogden, Utah; Dorie (Ken) Jensen of Ogden, Utah; Patt Weese of Ogden, Utah; Randy (Kathy) Jensen of Linden, Utah; and Kevin (Jill) Jensen of Ogden, Utah. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a granddaughter, Kayla Hutchinson.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. in the Clifton Idaho First Ward Chapel with Bishop Ron Reed conducting. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East, Preston, Idaho and Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church in Clifton. A viewing will also be held on Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the Mount Jordan Sixth Ward Building, 9331 S. 300 E., Sandy, Utah with graveside dedication services following at the Larkin Sunset Gardens in Sandy, Utah.
