Kenneth A. Kingford

Kenneth A. Kingsford (Ken), from Grace, ID, passed away in his home on Thursday September 8th, 2016. He was 59 years old. Ken was born March 22, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, UT to Alvin Kingsford and Joan Evelyn Oblad Kingsford. He married Lori Sanders Weighall on September 17th, 1976. They had 2 boys: Nathan Lynn Kingsford and Kasey Blaine Kingsford. They later divorced on August 10th, 2008.

He lived in Caribou County his entire life. He worked at the family business, Kingsford Repair, until the it closed in 2013, he also worked JC Hall, Silica and other various jobs around Caribou County. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, billiards, huckleberry picking, playing pinochle, ATVing  and playing with his grandkids. He was always willing to give a helping hand and be there for all those in need.

He is survived by his mother Joan, sons Nathan (Michelle) and Kasey (Starla), sisters Sharleen (Creed) Lambard, Janette Monson, Sharon Kingsford (Daniel) Willems, Karen (Scott) Walker, and brother Robert John (Beverly) Kingsford and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Alvin, twin sister Katherine Kingsford and brother Blaine Daniel Kingsford.

Funeral services will be held on Friday September 16th at 12 noon in the Thatcher-Williams Ward LDS Chapel at 2060 Niter Bench Rd in Grace, ID. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 6-8 pm at the Church and Friday from 10:30-11:30 am also at the church. Interment will be in the Grace, Idaho Cemetery.
