Kathrine Ann Smith

Kathrine Ann (Kathy) Tueller Smith left this mortal life on Sunday February 7 surrounded by family. Kathy was born in Murray Utah on February 9^th 1951 to Kenneth Jacob Tueller and Betty Jean Reid. The 4^th of 6 children, Kathy grew up in Midvale, Utah and attended Jordan High School where she met the love of her life, Randy Smith. The two were married March 30 1968 and celebrated 48 years of marriage together.  Randy and Kathy had one child, Spence. They spent most of their life together in Sandy Utah. In 2002 they retired and moved to their dream home in Cleveland Idaho.  Kathy spent most of her career in banking working in Utah and Idaho including Ireland Bank in Preston.

Kathy loved her family especially her 4 grandkids (Dallin, Emily, Sadie and Allie). She also loved the Idaho countryside and enjoyed gardening, her animals, and collecting different types of antiques and nick-nacks.

Kathy was an endowed member of the LDS Church and showed great faith throughout her life and was an inspiration to those who knew her.

Kathy is Survived by her husband Randy, Son Spence(Charlotte), sisters Bonnie and Judy(Danny) her brother Richard(Carol) and her four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, two brothers (James and Kenneth) and brother in law Cary Newbold.

The family would like to sincerely thank everyone at Franklin County Medical Center/Transitional Care for the love and kindness they showed Kathy during her time there.   

Funeral Services to be held Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 12:00 PM at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S 800 E, in Preston, Idaho. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.
