Preston - Our sweet pea was born on March 21, 2011 in Preston Idaho. She passed away on September 6, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah at Primary Children's Medical Center from complications after a liver transplant. Karlie was born with a disease called Biliary Atresia. She had many trials along with her disease including medications, hospital visits, blood draws, and on top of it all just some bad days. Even through all of these trials, Karlie was the brightest baby with the biggest smile. She brightened everyone's day that came into her life and was an inspiration to many. Karlie enjoyed her time with her family, her baths, her cats, her monkey, and watching TV with daddy.
Karlie is survived by her parents: Bartley/Kris Williams (Preston, ID), Grandparents: Russ/Julie Knudsen (Preston, ID), Biff/Jan Williams (Fielding, UT), Kelli/Reid Callister (St. George, UT), great grandparents, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Our family would like to thank everyone for all of the love and support we have had through her short life.
In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up at US Bank under Julie Knudsen to help the family with expenses.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Webb Funeral Home, located at 1005 S. 8th E. in Preston, Idaho. Viewing will be from 9:00-10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.
