Jeanene Weed Sorenson

NAMPA, IDAHO - - JEANENE W. SORENSON

NAMPA- Jeanene Weed Sorenson, 76, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010, in Nampa, Idaho. She was born Oct. 3, 1933, in Belden, Nebraska, the daughter of Eugene and Clara Elaine Hoskinson Weed.

She married Maynard Donell "Don" Sorenson Nov. 4, 1950, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She worked for years as an office manager of a metal finishing business.

She is survived by her husband, Don Sorenson of Rancho Palos Verdes, California; two sons, Steven and Kelly Sorenson; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two brothers, Edward (Lois) Weed of Chehalis, Washington; Ben (Sally) Weed of Huntington Beach, California; and by a sister, Georgia (Mike) Wilson of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2010, at noon at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East, Preston, Idaho. Friends may call Thursday from 11-11:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
