Janet Lynette Freeman Sims

Janet Lynette Freeman Sims, 59, passed away March 17, 2022 in Preston, Idaho. She was born on April 14, 1962 to Raleigh William Cook Jr. and Bonnie Lou Monk Cook in Ringgold, Louisianna.

She met and married the love of her life, Robert Sims in Bossier City, Louisiana and they later moved to Preston, Idaho.

Janet loved God and she loved life. Some of her hobbies included photography, walks in nature and riding in the country in Roberts Corvette listening to classic country music.

She is survived by her husband Robert, her children, Laura Cook, Daniel (Brandy) Cook, Ashley Freeman and Ashton Freeman. She is also survived by her sisters Sue Guin, Betty Cook and Delores Bolyer and her brother William Cook and her best friend Danai Rasmussen. She was preceded in death by her parents Raleigh William Cook Jr. and Bonnie Lou Monk Cook and her brother Maxie Cook.
