PRESTON, IDAHO JANE LUCAS
PRESTON- Jane Ann Miller Lucas, 73, passed away on April 15, 2012, at the Heritage Home in Preston. She was born Aug. 7, 1938, in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Harold Eugene and Helen E. Prater Miller.
She married Everrett Greeley Senter Jr. on March 6, 1959, in Denver, Colorado. They were later divorced. She married Robert Jr. Lucas, Jr. on Feb. 14, 1983, in Evergreen, Colorado. He preceded her in death.
She loved animals especially horses, dogs and cats. She rescued greyhound dogs (former racing dogs). She was also an excellent seamstress. She was the wife of a naval officer, the daughter of an Army officer and had lived overseas for 13 years in Europe, Japan and the Middle East. She was a business owner and realtor but her 1st job all the time was being a mother.
She is survived by her former husband, Everrett Senter of Maui, Hawaii; two sons, Brian (Cindy) Senter of Germany and Alan (Vicki) Senter of Ouray, Colorado; by a daughter, Barbara (Robert) Timmons of Thatcher, Idaho; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by four infant brothers and her parents.
