Jamie Lynn Jorgensen

Jamie Lynn Jorgnsen, 40, passed away unexpectedly on July 4, 2016 at Logan Regional Hospital, in Logan, Utah. She was born December 29, 1975 in Logan, Utah to Jerry Jorgensen and Mailyn Miller.

Jamie would like to let you know that her work here is done. She received a call, a sort of an offer you can’t refuse, for a holiday from which she will not be returning. The invitation comes with a priceless bonus, peace and quiet, and a reunion with family she has not seen in a long time. Her new mission takes her to a wonderful place where she will be Facebooking near a lake, holding her heavenly fishing pole, and singing along to country music as she happily waits for us to join her. Long summer nights, laughter, love, and leisure are guaranteed. She left these detailed instructions for her family: “Carry on my work here by caring for those around you, loving unconditionally, and forgiving easily.”

Jamie will be dearly missed by her three children, T.J. Egbert, Devin Marotto and Austin Marotto; her parents Jerry Jorgensen Jr. and Marilyn Miller; as well as her grandparents Jerry and Gay Lynn Jorgensen, and Elizabeth Miller; siblings Christa (Brian) McDearmon, Jesse Peterson, Liz (Justin) Thomas, John Jorgensen, and Jeremy Jorgensen; as well as her sweet and sassy canine companion, Misty. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Thomas Miller.

Join us as we celebrate her life here, which has now been completed. Services will be held Friday, July 8, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Webb Funeral Home in Preston, Idaho. A viewing will be held on Friday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Lewiston Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com
