Golda Crane Christensen Thomas

GRACE, IDAHO Golda Crane Christensen Thomas, 95, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2008, at the Spring Creek Manor in Soda Springs, Idaho. She was born Dec. 5, 1912, in Mink Creek, Idaho, the daughter of William E. and Jemina Keller Crane. She was the eldest of eight children. She graduated from Utah State Agriculture College in May of 1933. She married Card Christensen in March of 1938. He preceded her in death in Jan. of 1969. She married Frank Thomas in Nov. of 1978. He preceded her in death in 2001.She was a teacher of children for 30 years. She was a lover of people and flowers. Her wonderful disposition will be missed by all.She is survived by two daughters and a son, Utauna Christensen of Grace; Lynn (Chuck) Biddulph of Kayenta, Utah; Stanley Christensen of Grace; three step-sons and one step-daughter, Don Paul (Marie) Jenkins of Grace; Mark (Maxine) Thomas of Camas, Washington; Howard (Elnora) Thomas of Preston, Idaho; Kathleen (Brook) Harker of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada; two brothers, Bill (Betty) Crane of Kanab, Utah; Keith (Ramona) Crane of Rexburg, Idaho; and a sister, DonNiece (Norval) Whitehead of St. George, Utah.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the Thatcher/Williams Ward LDS Chapel in Niter, Idaho with Bishop Neil Hubbard conducting. Friends may call Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Grace, Idaho Cemetery.
