He was born on November 20, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland to Francis Laverne and Roxann Burton Laird. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Preston Community Presbyterian Church, 206 East 200 North in Preston, Idaho. A brief visitation will take place prior to the services from 6:30-7:00 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Webb Funeral Home in Preston.
