Eva Louise Knowles Brower

PRESTON, IDAHO LOUISE BROWERPRESTON- Eva Louise Knowles Brower, 71, former Pocatello, Idaho resident, passed away Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008, at the Heritage Home in Preston. She was born July 19, 1937, in Pocatello, Idaho, the daughter of Isaac LeRoy and Eva Amanda Brower Knowles. She married Ronne Wayne Brower on Dec. 22, 1954, in the Logan Temple.She enjoyed reading, music and word puzzles. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints having served in the Relief Society and Singing Mothers. She also sang in ward choirs and was the ward chorister.She is survived by her husband, Ronne W. Brower of Preston; three daughters and one son, Laurie (Val) Steed of Las Vegas, Nevada; Wendy (Robert) Merrill of Preston; Kelly (Wilford) Cziep of Portland, Oregon; Steven (Elise) Brower of Chula Vista, California; sixteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, by a sister, Donna Knowles, a grandson, Richard Merrill, and by a granddaughter, Heather Brower.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the Preston 10th Ward Chapel, 155 N. 2nd W., Preston, with President Lynn Bingham of the Legacy 2nd Branch conducting. Friends may call Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. in the Rest Lawn Cemetery in Pocatello, Idaho.
