Franklin - Emma Jean Moffitt Gould, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, passed away at her home in Franklin, Idaho on Sunday, July 14, 2013 after a determined struggle to defeat cancer. Jean was born on May 30, 1947 in Denver Colorado to Robert Manning and Rose Ann Bryant Moffitt.
Jean was a respected member of her community. She looked forward to donating her time and resources to many of the community activities that took place throughout the year. Jean's greatest joys were spending time with her husband of 32 years, Bruce, and her sons and grandchildren. She loved to golf and also travel.
She is survived by her husband Bruce, of Franklin; and her son Brodie (Gloria) Gould, of Round Rock, TX; 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son Brian, and a brother Dan Moffitt.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East, in Preston. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com.
