Debbie Moser Tompkins, 50, passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2010 from complications of thyroid cancer surgery. She was born September 3, 1959 in Preston, Idaho to Dennis Joseph and Della Foster Moser. She was the oldest child followed by David, Diane, and Dionne. She graduated from Preston High School in 1977 and began her family with the birth of Jason Leo Davis, followed by Jeremy M. Davis and D. Justin Davis. She married Tom Tompkins in 1985 and was thrilled to add a daughter Amanda to her family.
In her childhood she looked forward to hunting season and spending time with her father, uncles and cousins in search of the big buck. Debbie loved camping with her husband Tom, fishing at Bear Lake with her family, and ice fishing with her grandchildren. She loved spending time with her three beloved dogs Rocky, Scooter, and Jasmine. She was a caring and loving mother, wife, grandma, sister, and daughter.
Debbie is survived by her husband Tom of N. Logan, Utah; her sons Jason (Chelsey) Davis; Whitney, Idaho Jeremy Davis,Whitney, Idaho; Justin (Danae) Davis, Heber City, Utah; daughter Amanda (Rusty) Jenson, Providence, Utah; grandchildren April, Madison, Boone, Hope, Buddy and Kai and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her mother, Della Moser of Whitney, Idaho; brother David (Tami) Moser of Whitney, Idaho; and sisters Diane Moser of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Dionne Pickett of Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Joseph Moser and father-in-law Edward Tompkins.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 29, 2010, at Webb Funeral Home's new facility, 1005 S. 800 East, Preston, Idaho. Friends may call Friday from 6- 8 p.m.at Webb Funeral Home and on Saturday from 9:30 " 10:30 a.m. also at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Whitney Cemetery.
