Richmond - Chantrill Marie Davis, 12, a loving daughter of God, returned to His presence Tuesday, May 31, 2011 after a valiant fight with Cystic Fibrosis. Chantrill was welcomed into this world by her dear parents, Lyman and Jamielyn Bair Davis, on the 29th of November 1998. She's the oldest of four children and was a fabulous big sister. She will be greatly missed by her siblings: Amelia, Levi, and Kasey Davis, of Richmond, and by her half sister Jessika (Zen) Kveseth, of Pocatello, Idaho.

Chantrill loved music, writing poems, her friends, reading, and crafting. She could make anything out of nothing. She was a great friend to many, especially Chloe, her partner in crime. although she endured many hospital stays, she stated to a friend, when asked if she hated being sick, "No, I love my life!" Chantrill will be remembered best for her quick wit, spirituality, and her love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Chantrill is survived by her parents and siblings, grandparents Dennis and Nola Bair, of Richmond, UT; and Florence Davis of Pocatello, ID. She is also survived by her loving family, may friends, and all those people that she smiled at. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Ray Davis, cousin Alexys Bair, and a brother she has never met, Casey.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Richmond Stake Center, 135 West Main in Richmond. A viewing will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 from 5:30-8:00 p.m. at the City Creek Chapel, 150 South 100 East in Richmond and Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Stake Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Webb Funeral Home in Preston. Interment will be in the Richmond Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com
