Weston- Carol Ann Smith McLain, 60, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at the Franklin County Transitional Care Center in Preston, Idaho. She was born on November 28, 1953 in Nampa, Idaho to Jack and Ruth Vurgess Smith. She married Larry McLain on June 13, 1998 in Grace, Idaho.
Carol loved the outdoors. She enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as camping with her family during the summer. She loved the time she was able to spend with her family and was a good cook and loved to make use her cooking talents for her family.
She is survived by her husband Larry, of Weston; three sons Joshua (Shane) Anderson, Jeremiah Anderson, and Raymond Anderson, two grandchildren, five sisters Roberta (George) Shimer, Judy (Gene) Gaddo, Marvel (Bob) Boydston, Rita (Mike) Butler, and Linda Jack, and two brothers Robert (Linda) Hosford and Bud Hosford.
