OXFORD, IDAHO - - CALAHAN BOYCE
OXFORD- Calahan Boyce, 23, passed away on Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, in Downey, Idaho. He was born Oct. 22, 1986, in Preston, Idaho, the son of James P. and Sylvia P. Heath Boyce, the last of four children.
He enjoyed socializing- being with and meeting new people. He loved woodwork and old time music and taught himself to play the fiddle, mandolin and saxophone.
He is survived by his son, Wyatt Earnest Romriell of Pocatello, Idaho; his father, Jim Boyce of Oxford; his mother, Patty Boyce of Grace, Idaho; a brother, Don Boyce of Nampa, Idaho; two sisters, Marlene (Hal) Dean of Clifton, Idaho; Traci Boyce of Treasureton, Idaho; grandparents, James D. and Nellie Boyce of Oxford; grandmother, Violet Floyd of Gooding, Idaho; and by many aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece and two nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. in the Clifton Second Ward Chapel with Bishop LaWrell Cook conducting. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Oxford Cemetery.
