Preston - Brenda Sue Rawlings Bustos, 36, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on Wednesday October 17, 2012 at her home in Preston, Idaho. She was born on April 22, 1976 in Missoula, Montana to Brent Merlin and Suzanne Strong Rawlings.
She attended school in Preston and graduated from Preston High School. She always liked music of all kinds and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed crocheting and talking with her foreign friends and she was a damn good cook, a good wife and a good mom.
Brenda is survived by her husband Santos Bustos, of Preston; her children Nathan Rawlings, of Preston; Mark Gutierrez, of Preston; Ty Cano, of Tlaxacala, Mexico; Jesus (Freddy) Beltran, of Preston; and Alyna Beltran of Preston; her parents Brent and Sue Rawlings, of Fairview, ID; and brothers Bill Rawlings and Russell Rawlings both of Preston. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Fay Oliverson.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Fairview 1st Ward LDS Chapel, 165 West 4800 South with Bishop Kip Rawlings conducting. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Webb Funeral Home in Preston.
