Bart John Bateman

Bart John Bateman passed away at his home on June 11, 2015.  He was born in Logan, Utah on May 18, 1978 to Brad and Julie Jones Bateman.  Bart spent 19 years of his life in Cody, Wyoming- it was the only place he called home.  He loved the outdoors and was never happier than when he was on the side of the mountain.

He loved animals, especially his dog, Duke.  Bart also loved people.  He enjoyed meeting new people and he cared deeply about those closest to him.

He is survived by his parents, his brother, Chad (Christina) Bateman and his family; a sister, Tasma (Brandon) Taylor and her family; a brother, Trent Bateman; his grandpa Jones and by many aunts, uncles, cousins and by 8 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Whitney Ward Chapel.  Friends may call Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at the Whitney church and Monday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. also at the church.  Interment will be in the Whitney Cemetery.  Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com
