Dr. Bao Huai Li, 75, passed away on March 16, 2015.  He was born October 1, 1939, in Xing Ning, China.  He was a well known Cardiolgist and one of the top doctors in all of China.  When he was 17, he was accepted to Medical School and became a Doctor at age 21.  He was considered one of the youngest and brightest doctors ever in China.  He was the only male physician allowed to see the former Chinese President Chung Tso Meng and also the current President of China (President Shes) father.

He was also a professor of medicine at the Zongshan Medical College and served as the director of Cardiology, cardiac funtion and led and founded the Shenzen Cardiology ICU.  He served at the ministry of health in Beijing where he was privileged to treat many patients and leaders of nations.

He had the opportunity to visit the United Arab Emirates on an adademic exchange and while there received the highest ceremonial reception from the UAE for his medical expertise.  While there, he treated UAE's President's mother.  He was the inventor to five major technologies in cardiology including "high frequency ECG".  He published many papers and books including "ECG special analysis theory and clinical applications"  In 2010, he was a special guest and invited to attend the Pioneer Elite National Symposium and Republic Day Celebration in Tianamen.

He was a cardiologist that treated all patients-even if they couldn't pay him.  Dr. Li would frequently go outside of the hospital and find people without money and still treat them.  He will be greatly missed.
