Preston, Idaho - - - A. Elsie Keller
Preston - Anna Elsie Keller, 87, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at the Franklin County Nursing Home, in Preston, Idaho. She was born on December 29, 1922 in Mink Creek, Idaho to Mads Anderson and Karoline Olsen Christensen. Karoline died when Elsie was two days old and Elsie was raised by Ezra E. Elsie spent her younger years in Mink Creek, Idaho and later moved to Preston where she has lived 62 years. She always loved to take a ride back to Mink Creek recounting many personal experiences in her little valley. Elsie loved gardening and especially liked growing many different kinds of beautiful flowers that were enjoyed by many.
She worked for 30 years in the retail grocery business. Most of the 30 years on the corner of Oneida and 1st West - Milo's AG Market and Later Safeway's. The super market was a place of hard work, but also a place where Elsie enjoyed seeing many good friends.
She was truly a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. The void in our lived created by her passing can now be filled by our Faith, Work, and Testimonies in our Heavenly Father's joyous Plan of Salvation... the plan that can bring us all together once again.
